I've been enjoying this area of Putnam county since the 70's. Great place for family time.
,We love Lawrence Shoals campground! We camped here many times in the past and are just now starting to camp again.The grounds are spotless and the bathroom houses are always clean and FRESH smelling.Making new memories with our Grands
My family and I has been camping here multiple times and we love it here. Everybody is very friendly and the park is very clean.
We have stayed here twice this year. Well maintained roomy camp sites with water and electric hookup (no pull thru sites) Few sites with direct water (lake) access. The comfort stations are a bit outdated, but acceptable. Nice beach/swimming area, and boat ramp.
Good quiet place away from all the busy towns, shopping centers, etc. Only 3 out of 5 stars because of the host (Jackie) being a bit rude on the phone. Otherwise an okay place to stay.
