I don't usually rant about poor customer service but this lady was over the top rude and I feel that people should be aware of the type of people they will be giving their money to if they chose to do business at Sinclair Storage Center. This was a very disappointing experience.
I just wanted to report to anyone that is interested in using this business for your storage units - BEWARE. Completely rude employees. I called last month to let them know that after 6 years of renting a storage space, we had cleaned it out and their service would no longer be required. When we were billed again this month, I called to make them aware the service had been cancelled, she acted like she was not aware. When I made it clear that I had in fact called, she got a rude attitude and said she'd take it out of the computer and then hung up on me. When I called back stating we must have been disconnected, she yelled at me saying she told me she'd take care of it. Excuse me for wanting verification that she would be reversing the charges, especially considering that last month she didn't cancel our service. I am furious with her rudeness. I do not appreciate the level of customer service and would NEVER recommend doing business here.
