Love their food and the service is quick! There's usually not a wait, so I love that. Their salsa is amazing!

Food took forever and they served three of us cold food while the fourth person's food was still being prepared. Tried to tell the server our concerns, and she completely ignored what we were saying.......and I know for a fact that she DOES speak English......She turned her back and walked away. Tried to tell someone else about the problem, and they offered no apology, offer of a price reduction, or any response at all. Food was tasty, but as I stated, not hot and fresh. Very disappointing Birthday dinner. Things happen during busy times in a restaurant, but there is no excuse for bad attitudes and not caring about your quality or guest experience.
El Sitio has a friendly family feel. The food is as good as you'll find in Georgia. Veronica and Edgar are always welcoming, and make sure you want to come back.
