Well tonight we went threw the drive threw. Placed a simple order and they still messed it up. I had to go in and get the two fries that they didn't put in the bag. Plus we ordered two plain burgers for ours dogs and we got cheeseburgers. To top it off one of the employees came out on break in front of store smoking a black & mild singing & dancing around the parking lot with his pants sagging. We will not be back!
It's a shame when they can't get a simple order right. Have been ordering the same thing for months, a ham,egg and cheese biscuit and every time they leave the egg off. You would think that all the people they always have working they could get orders right. This is not the only thing that has happened, leaving meat off big Mac and fries left out of order. I worked fast food for years and it's not that hard. Come on people get your s#!+ together.
I ordered the new buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich I got a grilled chicken sandwich I took it back and they handed it out the window to another customer they did give me a crispy chicken sandwich.
